I take back time

I move and stretch my body, 
I dance and sing and pray and celebrate this vessel I am in

Then I look out my window and she is smiling at me!

She's growing again,
Stretches in her skin,
Reaching out,
Beckons us to remember 
the feminine wisdom that is in us all

Heal 
Drop out of the culture mind
Drop into your flesh
Dance with the trees outside
